All International orders are shipped with trackable courier service. If you wish to add an insurance on your parcel shipping please inform MUMMYMOON when placing the order as an additional insurance fee will be added.

All orders are shipped from Lithuania (Europe) within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed (subject to card clearance) Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimated by the courier and Mummymoon will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeur events.

– Domestic delivery – 5 euros: 1 – 2 working days from the day the parcel in shipped;

– EU delivery – 15 euros: 3 – 7 working days from the day the parcel is shipped;

For the first 14 days from the day you receive your order, you are eligible for an exchange or refund. If you wish to proceed with the exchange or a refund please get in touch with us by email: If your order was personalised and was manufactured according to your specification we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Once we agree to proceed with an exchange or a refund you must return the item to us in perfect unused condition. This means that the item should not be damaged, washed, soiled or worn and that any labels, tags and packing bag should be intact. Returned items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and the both way shipping costs will be charged.

When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once you wish to return the item, you should inform us by email and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we will not be responsible for any lost returned goods.

Not later than within 14 days of receiving your returned items we will examine them and notify you about the right to a refund by email. Note that additional duties and/or taxes and shipping costs will not be refunded.

We might not always be able to exchange the returned items for another size or item. You should contact us by email and inform us if you wish to buy another product or change the size. In the case of an exchange, Mummymoon will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.

Please note that if an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, once the refund has to be made, Mummymoon will have the right to charge both way shipping costs and any additional fee that might occur.
